I first learned of Keys to Freedom in 2020 and encountered for myself the transforming power in this prayerfully honed combination of scripture, wise counsel and 40+ years of experience.
In the years since, I have been blessed to see so many examples of lives changed as they become equipped with the tools (keys) for a life of healing, hope and freedom. We know that only God can heal hearts and when we allow him to work in us, true transformation and lasting change can take place. I have witnessed it—for myself and many others!!
While the journey is very personal and intimate- between us and our God, it is most powerful when experienced in a small group with others who are also seeking and sharing in the journey together. For as many times as I have completed this study with various groups, I continue to learn and grow from the wisdom in scripture, the lessons in the study, but also from the voices of others walking together in community.
My testimony, as a result, is my commitment to helping others access and connect to these studies. I believe it is no accident you found this site, and I pray that you will join so many of us who have found healing and freedom in Christ.

Keys to Freedom is helping so many women, find healing, peace and freedom.
Years of stuffing my feelings and carrying the guilt and shame of everything I had no control over left me with a low grade anger and hopelessness and fear. I still felt I was fine. I told everyone, I’m fine! I was a Christian, I believed in God but really I didn’t trust God. I trusted myself to figure things out..and I was not equipped. Keys To Freedom study was not anything new to me but it hit me this time. I saw forgiveness and changing my perspective differently. I decided to change my thinking away from accepting the guilt and shame to understand I am the forgiven child of God. It made me seek Christian counseling and that took a surprisingly short amount of time to understand the root cause of my tendency to react like I did..the tendencies that kept me from being free! I’m 72 years old and I just figured it out. Now I'm facilitating Keys To Freedom studies and I have a heart for older women like me who desperately need freedom too! It’s so much better to use the skills I learned from my experience with this wonderful organization. Now, when I say I’m fine, I am!

A couple years ago I realized that even though I was a devoted follower of Christ who loved Jesus deeply, I was still struggling with pain from my past and had not experienced complete healing.
